Both the HVAC installation at my personal residence and at Grace Community Church were completed on time and on budget. Saltex proved diligent and dedicated to finish work in a timely manner and within the given budget, which greatly benefited my personal life and the ministries at Grace Community Church.
Your attention to the specifics of the installations as well as your timely scheduling were remarkable, resulting in a job well done and commendable. I am not often impressed; however you and your team impressed me. Your workmen were thorough and careful both inside and outside both my home and my business.
Again, I would like to express my gratitude to you for doing whatever was needed to complete my projects. I would not hesitate to refer your company, Saltex & Associates to other individuals or organizations who are also in need of quality services from an exceptional contractor.

These are attributes that are rare in most contractors that I have engaged in the past.

Rheem Air Conditioning System Installation
Wanted to let you know that we are very pleased with the new Rheem air conditioning system Saltex installed for us recently. There have been no issues at all. Thanks for the great service and having it installed so quickly. We are already saving money with the new air conditioning. Our electric bills are definitely lower. Thanks again for taking care of us.

Letter of Reference - G.M.
To Whom It May Concern:
This summer, my wife and I were eager to have both the inside and outside of our home painted. I contacted six companies to solicit bids and information. Saltex and Mike Saulino were among the six companies I contacted. Mike’s bid was certainly not the lowest of the bids I received, and my wife was a little surprised when I told her that I was planning to accept his bid. When I met with Mike, he explained what he did that was different from other contractors: Prior to painting the outside, the seems where all boards met were sealed with a clear caulk to protect the wood and to ensure that there would be no cracks in the paint job. Rotten wood (and unfortunately we had quite a lot of that including our chimney) would be replaced, and wherever feasible with hardy board (a concrete composite) to ensure that our house would continue to hold up for many years to come. Mike planned to use two coats (really four coats) since the paint he used was the highest quality paint available and included both a paint and a primer.

Saltex replaced both HVAC units in our house with more energy efficient units. Mr. Salino's crew did an outstanding job. When we had a small problem, they were eager to come back out and correct the situation. Now, I am enjoying lower utility bills, thanks to Saltex.

We received this recommendation from John Seale, Office Manager/Facilities Manager, of LINC North Texas.
LINC NT operates an older building in far East Dallas and when we began having HVAC trouble two years ago, we followed our internal policy and sought out three bids. Saltex came back as the lowest by far. Since then, we have had Saltex replace four complete HVAC units and a fifth furnace. They have also helped us upgrade our thermostats and do some general contracting work around the facilities. Our organizational policy has required us to seek three bids each time we begin a new project, but Saltex has consistently come in as the lowest. One time, when another bid was slightly lower, Mike offered to beat it by an extra $100. They get their work done in a timely manner and with plenty of professionalism.
Mike and his crew have consistently gone above and beyond to make us satisfied.
