A dedicated Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily work on each project. You can relax, let us worry about the details, and enjoy what we have done when we are finished. Our scheduling times are flexible, with morning, afternoon and evening times available. We have a $5,000.00 minimum on all home renovation projects, except under special circumstances.

On average our Saltex/Ari & Associates LLC employees have over 10 years of experience in construction. Our In-House Crews provide first-rate, high quality workmanship. We rarely use any subcontractors except for specialty tradesmen. All production is overseen by the owner, Michael Saulino, to insure the utmost in courtesy, quality, and professionalism.
